Among Mango Rays specialties are appetizers as spring rolls, sashimi, tacos, carpaccio, kilawin, calamares frittas, greek olives and prawns au gratin. Main courses include classical Filippino and Japanese dishes, Swiss classic cuisine as Fondue, Raclette and Roesti and also Italian food as various spaghetti dishes and home made pizzas.

Mango Ray restaurant is also well known for it’s barbecue plates as fish, seafood, meat, chicken and sausages. For the small appetite one can choose between various sandwiches and salads.
