Jotay is a small friendly resort, restaurant and bar located right on the beach in the north eastern tip of the Philippines in the Cagayan Valley.
Surrounded by the waters of the Babuyan Channel, South China Sea and the Pacific Ocean, Jotay is ideal for snorkeling, fishing, whale and dolphin watching, hiking or just lazing on one of the many beaches.
