Leyte Governor Carlos Jericho Petilla said rehabilitation and repair of existing facilities of the Mac Arthur Park Beach Resort Hotel would need at least P700 million in investment

Aside from operating the hotel
maintenance of nearby historic Mac Arthur Landing Memorial and National Park is also turned over to the province which has been under the PTA
