Nasugbu Batangas : EL Cacar Beach Resort

A new management has taken over the former LA ALPEA BEACH RESORT in Nasugbu, Batangas and the resort is now named EL CACAR BEACH RESORT. We now have lesser beach tables, in its place are “KAMALIG TYPE” structures similar to those in Quezon resorts. We have ELEVEN (11) ROOMS thereof measuring 10 FT by 9 Ft and these rooms could be inter-connected by just opening the connecting doors . ANOTHER REMARKABLE CHANGE WE ADOPTED IS THE USE OF THE 3 PRICING SYSTEM, ONE EACH FOR DAY VISIT, NIGHT USE AND OVERNIGHT,

Our reconfigured resort facilities is now as follows:
1) TEN (10) AIRCONDITIONED ROOMS (Room Nos. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8; BahayKubo 1&2
2) ONE (1) AIRCONDITIONED NIPA HOUSE
3) ROOM 1 – 6, BahayKubo 1&2 & NIPA HOUSE WITH CABLE TV
4) ELEVEN (11) KAMALIG TYPE ROOMS. No beds; banig & pillows supplied; electric fan
5) TWENTY TWO (22) BEACH TABLES

Based on the above, our on bed and on floor sleeping spaces inside aircon rooms is A RELATIVE 60 persons and A RELATIVE 90 persons in the non-aircon kamalig rooms.
